All contractors receive:

  • Initial equity grants agreed upon at the time of engagement
  • Quarterly equity grants for continued contributions
  • Performance‑based equity grants tied to individual impact and company milestones

As the company grows and achieves key financial and operational milestones, we fully intend to introduce monetary compensation in addition to equity.
