SaaS Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and creating qualified sales meetings through outbound outreach. This role requires strong prospecting skills, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to build relationships over the phone and via video.
This is a remote position with no travel required.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and determine fit.
- Meeting Scheduling: Set qualified meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales leadership.
- Pipeline Development: Consistently build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM system, including activity tracking and lead status.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support long term conversion.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets and quotas.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new outreach opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular activity and pipeline contribution reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in selling to Private Security firms.
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales selling to Private Security firms.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software (we are working with Bitrix24).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and objection handling skills.
- Highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Customer centric approach with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
