We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS marketing, content creation, and social media execution. This role requires strong communication skills, clear messaging, and the ability to build polished marketing collaterals.


This is a remote position with no travel required.


Note: We cannot sponsor visas at this time. 

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including social media and email campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Video Creation: Create and edit video content for social channels (short-form clips, explainers, and repurposed content) with platform-ready formatting and captions.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently, maintaining brand voice and clear B2B messaging across channels.
  • Website Updates (Elementor): Maintain and update website pages using WordPress/Elementor (frontend), ensuring content is accurate, clear, and on-brand.
  • Collateral Development: Create, update, and format marketing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, capability briefs, and templates, ensuring clean design and consistent messaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to support marketing initiatives that drive business growth.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience with social media content creation and execution for LinkedIn (required) and familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Video editing experience for marketing and social content.
  • Experience updating websites using WordPress/Elementor (frontend).
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and experience producing polished marketing collateral (decks, one-pagers, briefs).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear messaging.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO/SEM/LLM GEO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and the ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
