DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and operate the foundation of our platform as we scale. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling that support a modern SaaS environment. You will work closely with engineering to ensure systems are reliable, repeatable, and secure from development through production.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve quickly and ownership is expected. The right candidate is someone who is comfortable building from the ground up, solving ambiguous problems, and improving systems over time rather than maintaining legacy processes.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Manage containerized applications using Docker
- Deploy and operate workloads in Kubernetes environments
- Develop and manage Helm charts for application deployments
- Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana
- Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and security

Support development teams with release and deployment processes
Must Have
- Authorized to work in US without sponsorship
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerization
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters
- Experience writing and maintaining Helm charts

Experience with Grafana and monitoring/metrics systems
- Cloud experience in both Azure and AWS

Infrastructure-as-Code principles and automation mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-environment SaaS deployments
- Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices
- Experience with GitOps workflows
- Experience supporting high-availability production systems
